Gifted Gorgous

It's that time again: gifted gorgeousness in all it's glory.

Gifted Gorgeousness is run by Jo and if you want to take part, just click on the Gifted Gorgeous tag on the right hand bar of this blog xxx  I'm sure you will be very welcome.

Last post, I offered a free draw for the chart from Holmsey's Heritage: and in the spirit of gifted gorgeousness, I have now sent the chart to everyone who said 'Yes Please!'

I hope you all enjoy stitching it!

And in keeping with gifted gorgeousness, here is part three of the free band sampler.  Excuse the photo; it's sunny here for once and I had the choice; take a photo or get out in the garden. Guess which I chose!  Yup; so I had to do this on the scanner this evening. It's much nicer in real life!

Unfortunately I haven't worked out how to add pdf files to the blog, so for now they have to be jpegs. Just click on them and save and you should be able to print it out.

I've had some pictures of finishes of my designs sent to me.  I get such a thrill from seeing how stitchers adapt my designs and make them all their own.  Creativity at it's best!  The first is Paws for Thought (Cats) by Anne Courtney.  Can you see how she has added the putty cat's names on the bottom?  Stunning work Anne.

The second is Nevermore, stitched by Nikki Northup, beautifully stitched.

Holmsey's Hare Hop is coming to a close.  If you are signed up for the Hare Hop and are on the list but haven't received your chart, please email me on stitchersanon@yahoo.com.  Because we are coming to an end, Whatever the Distance has now been released under the sampler section of the website.  And my St Patrick's day sale will continue until the 18th of March.

That's all for now.  Happy stitching!
