Friday Funday Draw!

Morning all!

I don't know if you know this but over on fb I run Friday Funday competitions for prizes on all my groups.  Holmsey has a group: Witchity Poo has a group, and of course Stitchers Anon has a group and a Page.

It's fun and it's giving back to the stitching community to say thank you, as the stitching world really looks after me and my designs.  I have had few issues with copyright violations because stitchers contact me when they see my work where it shouldn't be!  And that is just amazing. To think that my work is being protected in such a way.

So, I figure, why not run a Friday Funday activity for bloggers, as I know a lot of people still don't go on fb.

To take part, just comment with Yes Please, and I will put you in a draw and choose a winner on the 15th for Gifted Gorgeousness.

I'll show you what you won then!  I think you will like it!

So, what have I been up to?

My grandaughter is over soon, and she loves a hippo character on tv.  So guess what I made?  Oh yeah..a  hippo!

I'm really enjoying crochet!

Work wise, we have a new series beginning.  Heritage Holmsey Samplers.  We decided, Holmsey and I, to go back through his family tree which is filled with very distinguished hares.

This one, Family, is the largest sampler and the first to be released.  15th century hares..can you imagine?

And I have another stitchers's finish to share with you. This was stitched by Brenda Allan.  She made lots of colour changes which I adore.

I'm getting so excited at the thought of my grandaughter coming for a visit.  I've decided to book the 21st as a holiday for a week.  I'm going to make the most of those granny cuddles!  Ah, but that gave me a bit of a dilemma.  I usually run my spring sale around then.  Argh...er...ok. Plan B.  I've decided to have a St Patrick's Sale instead!  The sale will run until the 18th of March here.

After all, living here we can't help but get caught up with it all!

Happy stitching!
