All's well
All is well. Surgery went beautifully though it took an hour longer than expected due to a nerve being in the wrong place. My surgeon was wonderful and I have had no side effects despite the extra difficulties. I am however reacting to the anaesthetic and changes in thyroid gland production so I wont be around for a few days. Thank you for your good wishes and hopefully next post will be crafty xxxxx

I'm sooo glad to hear everything went well. Wish you a good recovery, lots of rest and that you won't find it too hard to get used to your 'new' thyroid gland now.
