I am so sorry for the missing posts.  The honest truth is I have been in so much pain I haven't been able to concentrate on anything.  I spent all yesterday at the hospital where they debated me staying in which just wasn't going to happen on my side.

Eventually they agreed to refer me to the specialist even though it wasn't their area or even their job.  When I told them how I kept going back to the Drs (a privaledge the Drs charge for) and they refused to refer me even though the hospital supported me and told them to refer me, they saw I was flogging  a dead horse re the Drs.  So the hospital have referred me to a urologist and because there is no evidence of bacterial infection anywhere about my person, it should still be ok for me to have the operation. Tonight I also changed my gp practice.  You should be able to trust your gp and you should be able to expect some consitency of treatment and care. When that consistency involves constant crappy treatment then it is time to move on.
