Gifted Gorgeousness 15 (nearly)

I know, I'm a day late but I've had a nightmare week. I've been very, very busy dealing with the kind of things  that life seems to wait to chuck at you when you're least expecting it.
I'm ok, it's just meant I've had to spend a lot of time doing non crafty things, and I've been in and out and flying all over the place.

So: Gifted Gorgeousness is sharing crafty things which have been gifted to us...so this month, after starting this challenge quite late, I do have some things to  share with you.

First, is my Ship WIP. The fabric is a sandy colour (not like the photo at all) and this was gifted to me three years ago. I have no memory at all who sent it to me so if it was you, please say.  I was having chemo at the time and it just got put in a safe place, with your details...and when I came to get it, the fabric was there but no personal details. I'm really sorry xx

Now, this one I do remember,  Feathered Friends was sent to my by our very own blogging Prince, Edgar (Blacksheep).  I bought a chart off him and he sent me 6 or 7!  How generous was that??  And this was one of them

The fabric is also gifted to me, by our very own Ma Teakettle.  This was again, gifted some years ago and well, it deserves to be out there and be used!

And a final gifted project. The design in my own, from the Halloween Block Series, Pumpkin Party. The fabric however was given to me by my new favourite UK fabric dyer, Chromatic Alchemy.  It's called Eye of Newt...isn't it just perfect?

It's been a long time since I've stitched on aida but I'm loving it.  The design is going to be a free Halloween SAL on my Halloween fb page.  Released of course, on Halloween!

And when this is finished, it is going to be a gift for someone else!

Hopefully there will be more stitching to show you next time!

Have a lovely week xxxxx
